Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using the ar999 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on ar999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Important Notice: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and ar999 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ar999"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the ar999 platform. Continued use of ar999 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the ar999 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement, effective from the date of your first use of ar999.
2.2 This Agreement applies to all Users of ar999, including those who access the Platform without registering an Account, registered Members with a verified Account, and any other persons accessing ar999.biz for any purpose.
2.3 Where ar999 is accessed by a third party on behalf of a Member, both the third party and the Member are jointly bound by this Agreement. ar999 accepts no liability for unauthorised third-party access where the Member has shared their login credentials.
2.4 If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the ar999 Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.
21+ Strict Age Policy: The ar999 Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. ar999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to an underage individual.
3.1 To be eligible to register for and use an ar999 Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1; and (d) provide accurate and truthful registration information.
3.2 ar999 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the Member relationship. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the period requested by ar999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to Account closure.
3.3 By registering an Account, you warrant that you are not: (a) a current or former employee of ar999 or any affiliated entity; (b) a professional player, affiliate, or agent acting in a capacity that conflicts with fair gaming; or (c) a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by statute.
3.4 Any winnings generated by an Account subsequently found to be held by a Prohibited Person — including an underage individual — shall be void and forfeited in their entirety. ar999 will report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where legally required.
4.1 Each individual may register only one ar999 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999 login credentials, including your username and password. ar999 will never request your password via live chat, email, or telephone.
4.3 You must notify ar999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. ar999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.4 ar999 may, at its absolute discretion, verify your identity before permitting withdrawals, granting bonus credits, or processing certain transactions. Required documentation may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Account information, including contact details and payment methods, must be kept current at all times. ar999 will not be responsible for failed communications or misdirected payments resulting from outdated Account information.
5.1 ar999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and such other payment methods as ar999 may offer from time to time. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the ar999 Cashier.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. ar999 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
5.3 All deposited funds must belong to the Account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using third-party payment methods, or depositing funds of criminal origin is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant financial authorities.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your ar999 Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. ar999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or telecommunications failures.
5.5 ar999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Members are advised to consult their JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank terms for applicable charges.
6.1 Members may submit withdrawal requests for their available Real Money Balance (excluding locked Bonus Funds) at any time via the ar999 Cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. ar999 reserves the right to verify the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
6.3 ar999 targets processing withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; however, actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the Member's payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically credit within minutes of approval.
6.4 ar999 may delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC), bonus wagering requirements, or where ar999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.
6.5 Winnings generated through Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus promotion before they become withdrawable. Full bonus terms are published in the ar999 Promotions section.
7.1 ar999 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified) a stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
7.3 ar999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per device.
7.4 ar999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings where ar999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused, manipulated, or otherwise exploited a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play with other Members, or staking patterns designed to minimise risk in fulfilment of wagering requirements.
8.1 All games and betting markets available on ar999 are governed by specific game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
8.2 ar999 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, placed on a market offered in error, or placed after a relevant event has concluded. Decisions on the settlement of disputed Bets rest solely with ar999.
8.3 In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure affecting the fair conduct of a game or market, ar999 reserves the right to declare Bets void and refund stakes. ar999 is not liable for winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error.
8.4 Maximum winnings per single Bet, per day, or per event type may be subject to limits set by ar999 at its discretion. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. ar999 reserves the right to cap payouts where limits are exceeded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
ar999 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available in Account Settings and take effect immediately upon activation.
10.1 ar999 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all Members: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session time reminders; (c) temporary cool-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks; and (d) permanent self-exclusion from the ar999 Platform.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through the ar999 Account Settings or via ar999 Support take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
10.3 ar999 will not knowingly re-open an Account that is under active self-exclusion. If you attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account, ar999 reserves the right to permanently bar access to the Platform.

11.1 All content on the ar999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, databases, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of ar999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar999 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted.
11.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of ar999 content without prior written authorisation from ar999 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 ar999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the ar999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at ar999.biz/privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and direct marketing communications (where consented).
12.3 ar999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. These include 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and restricted internal access to personal data.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 ar999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the ar999 Platform.
13.3 ar999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. ar999 shall not be liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit ar999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ar999's gross negligence.
14.1 Members may close their ar999 Account at any time by contacting ar999 Support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
14.2 ar999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, where ar999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has: (a) breached this Agreement; (b) provided false information; (c) engaged in Prohibited Conduct; or (d) poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk.
14.3 Upon closure of an Account for breach of this Agreement, ar999 reserves the right to forfeit the Member's Balance, including both deposited funds and any winnings, where such funds are reasonably connected to the breach in question.
15.1 ar999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the ar999 Platform, including a notice on the ar999 website or via the registered email address associated with the Member's Account, with no less than 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the ar999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
16.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999 is licensed to operate.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and ar999, the Member is encouraged to first contact ar999 Support to seek an informal resolution. ar999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve Member complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
16.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by ar999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from ar999 Support upon request.

Real Money Balances in your ar999 Account are not used by ar999 for operational expenses. They are held separately and remain yours to withdraw at any time, subject to KYC verification and applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds.
